NFi Is Looking for an Agile PM / ScrumMaster

NFi Is Looking for an Agile PM / ScrumMaster

I’m helping one of our clients – NFi Studios – look for an Agile project manager / ScrumMaster to work with them in their Orlando office. I’ve been working with NFi on an ADS Skirmish project since August, and they are looking to bring someone onboard full-time to help fuel their growth. They’re a great team of people intent on dominating their market, which they are set up to do. This position will help make that happen.

Having done Rock the Job with Nick Pettit and Jim Hoskins of Done21 I’m pretty picky on what I expect from a resume. Here’s the expectation:

  • The email is the cover letter.
  • Your resume should show the quantitative impact your work has had on your previous/current employer. Be specific.
  • Show that you know something about NFi.
  • Provide examples of how you can help the company.
  • Show examples of how you are self-managing and self-motivating.

Not to sound harsh, however if you don’t have those 5 items, your resume won’t make it past round 1. Be convincing and stand out. This is a very important position for the company, and finding the right person to help them is a job I take very seriously.

So with that, here’s the job info:
